About the Event
All pilgrims are invited to a lively social at The Sawmills from 3pm directly after the pilgrimage to Holdstone Down on Saturday, June 20th!
Come along to meet like-minded souls, chat with kindred spirits, make new spiritual friends and dance the afternoon away to the eclectic sound of Blair and the Bullets – a popular band in the South West!
The Sawmills features fabulous indoor and outdoor seating areas, a full bar, a great atmosphere and fantastic food.

Cost: If you'd like to eat at The Sawmills, you need to pre-order. There is a two-course option for £35, and a three-course option for £45. You do not need to pre-order drinks. Spaces are limited – please book early to avoid disappointment. You are welcome to attend the social without booking but there will be no food available. Please book your food using the form below.
Date/Time: Saturday, 20th June 2026 – from 3pm, directly after the pilgrimage to Holdstone Down
Venue: The Sawmills, Watermouth Valley, Berrynarbor, Ilfracombe EX34 9SJ, approximately 15 minutes' drive from Holdstone Down.
Parking: There is limited parking, so we encourage everyone staying locally to book a seat on the Combe Martin coach, which will take you to Holdstone Down and to the Sawmills and then back to Combe Martin.
